Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement at Centeez:
At Centeez, we are committed to protecting intellectual property rights. To address any potential copyright infringement issues, please adhere to the following procedures:

A. Reporting Copyright Infringement:
If you believe that any content (including text, graphics, and photos) on the Centeez platform infringes upon your intellectual property rights, kindly send a notice of infringement to our Designated Agent. Your notice should include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
2. Description of the content that you believe is infringing, along with details of its location on Centeez.
3. Your complete contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agents, or the law.
5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

B. Centeez Response to Infringement Notification:
Upon receipt of a bona fide infringement notice:

1. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
2. We will notify the member whose content has been removed or disabled.
3. Repeat offenders will have their allegedly infringing content removed, and their access to Centeez will be terminated.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure:
If you are the notified member and believe that the removed or disabled content is not infringing or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the removed or disabled content, including its previous location on Centeez.
2. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal or blocking was a mistake or misidentification.
3. Your complete contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement affirming your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district where you are located.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, Centeez may replace or restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion, unless legal action is pursued by the rights owner.
Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting information about infringement is subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, which may include damages and attorney’s fees. For any inquiries or to submit notices, please contact our Designated Agent at the address provided below.
